— Now the truth has come out, according to the African commission of inquiry led by Former of Nigerian President Oluṣẹgun Ọbasanjọ found that “the killing spree” in Juba from 16-18 December left alive few Nuer besides those who fled to UN compounds” and “The violence in Juba targeted one nationality, the Nuer. Those who survived either fled the town by motorized transport, or those who ran on foot to the UNMISS compound.” The report said

Susan Rice, the second masterminded of the killings of the Nuer people by using foreign troops to carried more killing in favorite of Salva Kirr, where is the killer after the truth, where is Suzan Rice, the killer of the Nuer People, of South Sudan in depend of Salva Kirr?

Never in history of the mankind, has a brother had to be told to eat the dead bodies of brothers. According to African Commission of inquiry reports, Salva Kirr’s Militias and Soldiers in December 2013 killed the Nuer civilians and soldiers and asked other to eat the dead bodies of their brothers. Yet Susan Rice, the U.S national security advisor to President Obama chosen to sided with the enemy of the human souls and dignity.

The Nuer people of South Sudan, dead or lived will either remembered or put Susan Rice, the U.S. national security advisor to President Obama on the lists of terrorists and the Killers who helped Salva Kirr to committed atrocities against the Nuer and carried out ethnical cleansing to the Nuer nationality or else she is apologizes. It was only last month when the leaked document caught Suzan Rice as saying “An arms embargo, Rice believes, would undermine a democratically elected government’s ability to defend itself against an insurgency led by Kiir’s former vice president, Riek Machar, that has also committed heinous mass atrocities” FP

Susan Rice, the afterward masterminded of the killings of the Nuer people of South Sudan. On January 3, 2014, the New York Time report that “U.S. Is Facing Hard Choices in South Sudan” and that on the first morning of his Hawaii visit, Mr. Obama woke up to an urgent conference call with his national security team about the fighting in South Sudan. The discussion was about what to do and where to begin? And to who do the U.S wants to intervene?

The New York Time report that Mr. Obama does not have many good options, with no plans for American military intervention, however, is consulting Uganda whose troops could be used for intervention to prevent Opposition forces from seizing South Sudan’s capital, Juba. This is because Dr. Riek Machar and his team stage a coup a narrative that Salva Kirr gave a day after the war broke out in Juba.

However, now the truth come out according to African Commission of inquiry’s report, that the report “cites allegations of hate speech by President Salva Kiir” The African Commission of inquiry alleged on the section of ‘Who were the killers?” and said, “many killings were carried out by “a body of irregulars” who had been brought to Kiir’s private farm near Juba and to his guard headquarters in Juba in the days immediately prior to the killings.

Shamelessly and in a strange ways, the New York Time described Sudan Rice as national security adviser and is an Africa expert, who in 2006 called for the United States to intervene militarily to prevent the slaughter of civilians in Darfur. For that reason, her expertise on Africa, Susan Rice has for months resisted appeals from key allies, including Britain and France, and from members of President Barack Obama’s national security team to sanction President Kirr’s regime. While the report also said that “Mass killings began in Juba on 16 December after a clash within the presidential guards the previous night and following two days of tense political deliberations in which Kiir criticized his rival Riek Machar – an ethnic Nuer – for “behaviour tantamount to indiscipline.” Where is Susan Rice’s expertise?

Sadly, until this day, the African Commission of Inquiry on South Sudan found that the violence in South Sudan’s capital city in December 2013 “resulted in a mass slaughter and effective ethnic cleansing of the Nuer population of Juba,” So, the question became obvious that where does Susan Rice gets her narrative to declared her position that “An arms embargo, Rice believes, would undermine a democratically elected government’s ability to defend itself against an insurgency led by Kiir’s former vice president, Riek Machar?

According to Foreign Policy, Rice also is concerned that an embargo would be ineffective because South Sudan’s neighbor and military ally, Uganda, would not enforce it even if one were imposed, the sources claimed. However, according to the African commission of Inquiry, “The violence ethnically cleansed the city of Juba of its Nuer population. The motive of this violence was political: the violence, which originated as a schism in the governing elite of South Sudan, targeted one particular ethnicity, the Nuer.”

The African commission of inquiry mentions not only killings but also other barbarous acts against the Nuer people in Juba: The inquiry said, “The gratuitous degradation of one’s humanity was a marked feature in many of the incidents of brutality” and continues that “people being forced to eat other humans. Soldiers kill one of their Nuer members and ask the other to eat the dead one. Women are raped, people burnt alive.” The report said.

Worse of all, Susan Rice continues to insisted that there is legitimacy for Salva Kirr to be protected because he is an elected President?

Where on earth a President does all these and be still have a legitimacy to lead the same people?

Why in 2006 does Sudan Rice call for other option? What is the different between the Nuer and other Human being?

To Susan Rice, the Nuer people demand an apology because the “Civil revolution, as I put it to the audience, was not the problem, despite the warnings of some that it threatened social stability, which it led to anarchy. The greatest danger, I argued, was civil obedience, the submission of individual conscience to governmental authority. Such obedience led to the horrors and it led to the public’s acceptance of war whenever the so-called democratic government decided on it” Howard Zinn
