Breaking News: Ugandan Judge Rushes To Swear In Kizza Besiege As President Before The Presidential Oath Is Administered To Museveni

By James Lubogo – May 11, 2016

Daring Ugandan opposition leader Dr. Kizza Besigye has been sworn in as the president of republic of Uganda.

Newly President of Uganda
Besigye’s party, Forum for Democratic Change, had promised to swear in the opposition leader as president on the same day Museveni was to be sworn in, May 12th.

But in a new twist of events, perhaps to confuse authorities, Besigye was sworn in today by a Ugandan judge who administered the presidential oath and oath of allegiance.

Forum for Democratic Change claimed Museveni rigged the February 18th presidential election in favor of Museveni who has been in power since 1986.

Besigye’s swearing-in ceremony wasn’t interrupted by police, it seems authorities hadn’t gotten wind of it.

Watch the video below to see how Besigye was sworn in.
