July 117, 2017, Nuer women joined the fight, they have gone back to their way of life Uniting against common enemy. Eastern Jikany for the past 5 years since the arrival of forces loyal to Juba in Wec-Yer Adiu, Nasir seems to be mute until early this month when Juba began a campaigns to captured IO GHQS, Pagak.

They are coming from one village, from village to village talking about their survival. Talking about how to end this mass displacement from their original homes to refugee camp. Elders, and Khor D Jay begins to asked, “for how long” are we going to be like this?

Women decided to joined their men to protect their new born babies, not because things are hard, but the fate is the same, it doesn’t exclude them.

There is a revolution my people, something is happening bigger than anything other thing the world is about to witness. Eastern Jikany is now experiencing a strong resistance against the forces loyal to Kiir and Taban Deng.

Over the past two weeks hundreds upon hundreds from all corners of Eastern Jikany arrived/arriving to die as one people, to face their enemies as one people.

They are there, in hot sun, in morning dew, in muddy villages just to make sure they wipe out their enemies. Their efforts is bearing fruits. They are doing as one people. They are fighting as one family and their unity is bearing fruits.

Juba’s campaign to captures IO GHQS, Pagak is not only facing difficulties but is now causing an uprising.
