U.S’s hypocrisy training Dinka killers in the name of peace South Sudan

October 3, 2017, From September 18-30, 2017, the U.S. Department of State Antiterrorism Assistance Office, under the Special Program for Embassy Augmentation and Response (SPEAR), provided security training for 24 police officers working within the South Sudan National Police Service (SSNPS). The training was an extension of training initially provided to SSNPS officers assigned to the SPEAR program for enhanced U.S. Embassy security.

At the Government’s request the United States agreed to provide training for additional officers. This was the first of several planned trainings for SSNPS officers. The following courses were provided: Response to Active Shooter Incident and Facility Protection Training. On 30 September, 2017, Charge d' Affairs Michael Morrow attended the ending ceremony to congratulate the officers and thank the attending high level VIPs for their continued support to the U.S. Embassy.
