January 23, 2018, U.S Embassy in Juba will pledge their allegiance to Dinka community in Juba by showing them the style they used to Killed the Nuer in 2013. U.S wanted to alert Salva Kirr that they are actually supporting him although Salva Kirr government think otherwise.  All government officials in Juba are invited on Friday, Jan 26th, 2018 at 2;00pm local time.  This movie, “Hotel Rwanda” is a film directed by Terry George and starring Don Cheadle. It tells a true story based on events during the Rwandan genocide, which occurred during the spring of 1994.

Now it is clear why U.S locked up Dr. Riek Machar in South Africa

As a reminder, the Rwanda genocide was a work of Germany and Belgium with the support of the U.S and Canada. It was later reported that former President Bill Clinton said, “It may seem strange to you here, especially the many of you who lost members of your family, but all over the world there were people like me sitting in offices, day after day after day, who did not fully appreciate the depth and speed with which you were being engulfed by this unimaginable terror,” he said.

Bill Clinton also said, “If we’d gone in sooner, I believe we could have saved at least a third of the lives that were lost,” he admitted. “It had an enduring impact on me.” He estimated that if the US had provided as few as 10,000 troops, more than 300,000 Rwandan lives could have been spared.

The discussion after the movie will be led by the U.S. Embassy Juba Acting Deputy Chief of Mission, Ambassador Robert E. Gribbin, who was the Ambassador of the U.S. in Rwanda from 1996 – 1999. Join us on Friday, Jan 26 02:00pm.
